Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of pharmaceuticals as part of drug programs to the team of healthcare facilities in Cieszyn.
The order consists of 42 parts, each of which is a separate subject of the contract.
2. A good description of the subject of the order divided into partsAlong with the expected demand, the price form is included in Annex 2 to SWZ.
3rd will take place successively during the period of the contract on the basis of written orders placed by the hospital pharmacy of the Ordering Party.
