• Description:
• 1. The subject of the order is the conclusion of a framework agreement specifying the conditions for awarding an order for the supply of phase conductors. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Part II of the SWZ Description of the Subject of the Order. 4. Every time, in all cases in which the Ordering Party describes the subject of the contract by reference to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Art. 101 section 1 point 2 and section 3 of the Act, the Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to those described, if they allow obtaining features or parameters not worse than those mentioned. The above means that the contractor may use the solutions described by the Ordering Party "or equivalent". 5. Pursuant to Art. 101 section 5 of the Act, A contractor who refers to solutions equivalent to those described by the Ordering Party is obliged to demonstrate that the services he offers meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party, provided that the Contractor proves in the offer, in particular using the means of evidence referred to in Art. 104-107 of the Act, that the proposed solutions equally meet the requirements specified in the description of the subject of the contract.
