Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery, assembly, startup and instruction on the operation of the supplied apparatus set, which is retrofitted with the electronics laboratory and acoustics of the Łukasiewicz - Pimot research network. The supplied set of apparatus is to enable the extension of the accredited measuring range Research Laboratory Łukasiewicz - Pimot for conducting photometric tests and measurements and colorimetric components used in the automotive industry.
2. The scope of the subject of the contract includes: 1) lamp measurement stand, 2) position for measuring light sources, 3) measuring stand retroreflexic devices.
3. Delivery description of the subject of the contract was included in Annex 1 (description of the subject of the contract - hereinafter "OPZ") and Annex 6 to SWZ (draft contract).
4. The applicant does not divide the order into parts and thus, does not allow partial offers. Justification: The order is fully adapted to the needs of small and medium -sized enterprises within the meaning of the Annex and to the Commission Regulation (EU) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014. The division of the order into parts would be an artificial procedure and would violate the principle of rational spending of funds rational spending by the contracting authority.
