1. The subject of the order is the supply of panelsphotovoltaic with energy warehouses together with the installation and performance of carports -car of car composed with photovoltaics in the parking lot in front of the hospital building at ul. ZegadΕowicza 3 in Sosnowiec,
as part of the project entitled "Sustainable hospital: Construction of a photovoltaic system for SosnowieckiMunicipal Hospital "
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1.1 to SWZ Functional and utility program.
