Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of platform trucks and power tools (order divided into 2 parts).2. The subject of the order was divided into the following two parts: 1) Part No. 1: Delivery of platform trolleys; 3. The delivered goods must be free from defects and must not bear any signs of use or damage.4. The Contractor provides a minimum 12-month warranty for the delivered goods (in the scope of each part of the order), counting from the date of receipt of the goods by the Ordering Party, unless the manufacturer grants a longer warranty, in which case the warranty period granted by the manufacturer applies;5. Detailed description of the item the order constitutes: 1) Bid price calculation form, which is also a quantitative specification) - Annex No. 1A to SWZ regarding lot No. 1; - depending on the lot for which the Contractor will apply. These attachments constitute price calculation forms offer.
