Description:
1. The subject of the contract is one -off delivery:
Part 1 - a portable analyzer of unknown chemicals using Raman and FTIR spectometry for LK KWP in Łodź,
using Raman's spectometry for the Faculty to fight PG and units of the Łodź garrison,
Part 2 - two portable analyzers of unknown chemicals using Raman's spectometry for the Faculty for fighting PG and the units of the Łodź garrison,
Along with the software, hereinafter referred to as the "set", "equipment" or "device", in accordance with the detailed description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 2 (to the part) to this Agreement, along with conducting training in the scope of use.
2. A detailed description of the terms of the contract was specified in the contract template - Annex 8 to SWZ.
3. The Contractor will process the order at the price contained in the offer form Annex 1 to SWZ.
4. The Contractor at the proposed price of the equipment took into account all costs related to the implementation of the subject of the contract, including: taxes, customs fees, packaging costs, possible discounts and discounts, as well as delivery costs, training of staff authorized to operate the device at the headquarters of the Ordering Party and a license for software, technical and calibration inspections carried out during the warranty period.
