Description:
The subject of the contract is the delivery of 152 pieces of portable computers Type I and 273 pieces of portable computers Type II to common courts in the area of Lublin's appeal together with the provision of warranty services for a period of 60 months - within no more than 30 calendar days from the date conclusion of the contract. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex 1 to SWZ. If the tender documentation is indicated by the product, patent origin, source or special process that characterizes the delivery or services provided by a specific contractor (in particular the name commercial forms, goods or product), the Ordering Party - in relation to the parameters or data (technical or any other) indicated directly in the tender documentation, indirectly identifying the goods or directly product or the product - allows equivalent solutions in accordance with technical data and parameters contained
documentation, and each such reference is given by "or equivalent" reference. As equivalent solutions, it should be understood as solutions characterized by parameters not worse than those required, but in the documentation. If the Ordering Party is described the subject of the contract by referring to standards, European technical assessments, approval, technical specifications and technical reference systems, the contracting authority allows equivalent solutions described by the contracting authority, and each such reference is presented with "or equivalent". ...
