Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 10 pieces of mobile energy storage units powered by alternating and direct current (photovoltaic installations). 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Annex No. 2 to SWZ.3. General supplementary requirements:3.1. The bidder provides full technical support use.3.2. The price of the subject of the order includes delivery of the order.3.3. The offer must include a detailed description of the subject of the order in relation to this ToR, prepared on the basis of the form constituting Annex No. 5 to this ToR. 3.4. With respect to the subject of the order, at least fulfillment is expected specified minimum technical, functional and quality parameters.3.5. The price should include all costs related to delivery.3.6. During the warranty period, the Contractor will ensure a service response within a maximum of 14 business days from the time of reporting the defect during the warranty period in the locality Wieliczka.3.7. The contractor is responsible for the quality and timely execution of the order during the contract period.3.8. Due care is required when executing the order.3.9.
