Subject matter of the proceedings: 1. description of the subject of the order: PORTWEST insulated hat WITH LOGOW. the assortment must meet the requirements: be new and free from defects, original, have a product card. II. Conditions of order fulfillment: 1. Deadline for completion: 21 business days; 2. Implementation hours 8:00 a.m. 2:00 p.m.;3.Rules delivery and unloading of goods: in accordance with the GTC; 4. Place of delivery: KolejeWielkopolskie sp. z o.o., ul. Storage 5b The Contractor, no later than 12 hours before commencing the execution of the Order, is obliged to confirm the delivery date of the Goods, including the delivery time. 5. Method of delivery: delivery one-off, the price should include the cost of delivery and unloading, 6. Payment deadline: in accordance with the GTC: (Payment deadline 30 days from the invoice issuance) The Buyer accepts the issuance and delivery of electronic invoices by the Seller, in accordance with Art. 106 of the Act of 11 March 2004 on tax on goods i services (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 931, as amended; hereinafter referred to as the "VAT Act"). When issuing an electronic invoice, the Seller is obliged to prepare it in PDF format. If an electronic invoice is issued, the Seller is obliged to deliver it to the Buyer at the following e-mail address: kontakty@koleje-wielkopolskie.com.pl.W in the case of issuing invoices in paper form, the Contractor is obliged to deliver them only to the following address: Koleje Wielkopolskie sp. z o.o.ul.
