- 1. The subject of the order is the supply of positioners, fastening bands, protective gloves, materials for sterilization for Copernicus PL Sp. z o.o. The subject of the order was divided into 9 parts.
2. The detachment description of the subject of the contract specifying the requirements of the Ordering Party and quantity, is concluded In Annex 1 to SWZ-assortment and price form. The contractor, by completing the items indicated in Annex 1 to SWZ, confirms the fulfillment of the requirements specified by the Employer.
3. The performance of the subject of the contract is determined by the draft contracts - Annex 5a to SWZ (disposable deliveries) and attachment No. 5b to SWZ (successive delivery).
4. The offered items must be complete, with a high standard, both in terms of quality and functionality, as well as free from material, construction and legal defects.
5. The order items must be approved for trading and use in accordance with applicable law.
6. The order of the contract must comply with the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices
(i.e., Journal of Laws 2012.974 of 2022.05.09), if the contracting authority requires an assortment that is a medical product.
7.
