Description:
The subject of the order is the supplies of potassium permanganate (VII potassium permanganate) in an amount of 5 tons used in the process of water treatment intended for human consumption for the tailcoat and Maczek stroke (hereinafter: "product"). The material scope of this task will be implemented in full. Detailed Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) includes Annex 5 to SWZ. Terms of the contract for the implementation of the subject of the contract are set out in Annex 6 to SWZ.
In question: 1. To demonstrate that the offered product is in accordance with the requirements set out in Annex 5 to SWZ - OPZ Ordering Party He requests that the contractor and the offer to submit the following evidence: 1) the current hygiene certificate issued by the National Institute of Public Health - the National Institute of Hygiene allowing the product to be used in water intended for human consumption; 2) technical specification product offered. Note: The technical specification should confirm the compliance with all the requirements specified in the product characteristics, i.e. Table 1 included in point 1 of Annex 5 to SWZ - OPZ. The contracting authority requires that the technical specification includes specific numerical values For each of the parameters indicated in the above -mentioned table. The Employer will accept equivalent evidence if they confirm that the offered deliveries meet the requirements specified by the Employer. 2.
