Description:
1. The subject of the tender is the selection of the contractor, which will provide the customer of delivery consisting in the successive delivery by the Contractor to the Poviat Hospital named after Dr. Tytus Chałubiński in Zakopane, ul. Kamieniec 10, 34-500 Zakopane pharmaceuticals (medicines) by divisionAt 18 (eighteen) packages according to the list presented in point 4.10 in question,
2. The Employer reserves that the provided subject of the contract must have required by current legal provisions, e.g. permits, certificates, certificates, approvals proving the required allowance to tradingand use in Poland as intended to be used.
3. The subject of the order must be marked by the manufacturer in such a way that it is possible to identify both the product and the manufacturer.
4. The contracting authority reserves that the offered subject of the contract must have respectivelyA long period of validity enabling free use for a minimum period of 1 - it counted from the date of delivery, except for the package No. 17 item 15-19 for which the minimum validity period is 8 months.
5. The Employer reserves that the implementation of deliveries for the duration of the contract will beSubsequently on the attitude of partial orders placed by the pharmacy manager by means of electronic communication.
6. The Employer reserves that the delivery will take place the longest within 48 hours of placing the order from 8:00 to 14:00 inright...
