Description:
As part of this part, the Ordering Party expects the delivery of 1 portable generator with a generated power of 3.2 kVA. The ordering party will indicate in the contract a contact person responsible for the coordination and logistics of delivery and supervising the implementation of the contract in accordance with section 12. 1 point 1) of the contract. Designated person will provide the Contractor with the detailed delivery address of the unit no later than at the stage of order execution. The place of delivery will be in the city of Gdask. A detailed description can be found in Chapter 2 of the SWZ. The proceedings in question concern supplies of civil defense measures covered by the financing as part of the government Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program, approved by Resolution No. 72 of the Council of Ministers of May 27, 2025 (M.P. of June 4, 2025, item 541). The program is a source of financing for the tasks imposed by the Act on Civil Protection and Civil Defense. The Ordering Party reserves the right to cancel the procedure, in the event of failure to receive funds from the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program to finance a given part of the order.
