Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the supply of power generators for the needs of the Municipality of Gdańsk and its subordinate organizational units and entities with the participation of the Municipality of Gdańsk.
The contractor may submit an offer for any number of part of the order.
3. Detailed technical requirements for the subject of the contract can be in chapter 2 SWZ and in the description of the subject of the contract, constituting Annex No. 1 to SWZ.
4. Place of delivery of aggregates from all parts - the city of Gdańsk.
5. The procedure is 100% co -financed from the state budget under the program Civil protection and civil defense for 2025 and 2026. The Employer reserves the right to annul the proceedings in the event of not receiving funds from the Population Protection and Civil Defense Program to finance a given part of the contract.

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 1 aggregate Portable power of 3.5 kva.
2. The minimum technical requirements for the subject of the contract were described in the description of the subject of the order, constituting Annex 1 to SWZ (in a separate file) and in SWZ.
3. The terms of the contract are described in the contract template.

5. The contracting authority reserves the right to annul the proceedings in the event of not receiving funds from the Civil Protection Program and civil defense to finance a given part of the contract
