- 1. The subject of the contract is the supply of power generators for the needs of the Municipality of Gdańsk and its subordinate organizational units and entities with the participation of the Municipality of Gdańsk.
Detailed technical requirements for the subject of the order can be found in chapter 2 SWZ and in the description of the subject of the contract, constituting Annex No. 1 to SWZ.
Civil protection and civil defense for 2025 and 2026. The Employer reserves the right to annul the proceedings in the event of not receiving funds from the Civil Protection Program and Civil Defense to finance a given part of the contract.
