- Description:
- 1) The subject of the order is the supply of stationary power generators with a capacity of 200 kW. The scope of the order includes delivery of the subject of the order with our own transport and at our own expense, installation, connection, commissioning at our own expense and risk in the place indicated by the Ordering Party and training of the person indicated by the Ordering Party. 2) The item of delivery must be brand new, free from defects, traces of use and mechanical damage, of full value, meeting the technical and quantitative requirements described in the specification and appendices to the SWZ. The contractor is obliged to provide services accompanying the delivery, i.e. transport, commissioning, etc.3) The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to provide at least: a 24-month warranty period, which is one of the criteria for evaluating the offers and which period may be extended by the Contractor to a maximum scored period of 36 months.4) The subject of the order referred to in section 1 was specified in detail in Annex No. 5 to the SWZ Description of the subject of the order for part 1
