Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of power generators together with training for persons designated by the Ordering Party in the operation and operation of the generators (hereinafter: device/equipment) divided into parts, i.e.: Part 1, delivery of the generator on a chassis with approval adapted to the weight and dimensions of the unit - 1 pc; Part 2, delivery of the unit on a chassis with approval adapted to the weight and dimensions of the unit - 1 pc; The contractor may submit an offer for each part of the order.2. Detailed description of the subject of the order for all parts was specified in: 1) description of the subject of the order constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ; 2) draft contract constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.3. In all provisions of the SWZ and its annexes in which the Ordering Party refers to standards, approvals, technical specifications or reference systems will indicate trademarks, parameters or sources of origin (names of manufacturers or articles), in accordance with Art. 99 section 5 and art. 101 section 4 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party allows for equivalent solutions.4.
