Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of power generating units for the Lubawa Municipality under the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program for 2025-2026, hereinafter also referred to as the equipment or the subject of the order. 1) Part 1 Delivery of a stationary power generator with a rated power of 400.00 kW 1.1) A detailed description of the subject of the order and the minimum technical parameters within the scope of the order are included in Annex No. 5A to SWZ.3. The task is carried out as a purchase of civil defense equipment under the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program for 2025-2026. 4. Contractor obliged the offer is to provide information regarding the offered devices (equipment)/products, specified in the table indicated in point 1, column 7 of the offer form - Annex No. 1A-1D to the SWZ for the subject of the order. The information provided must refer to the devices/products offered. This information must be so detailed that in the case of different configurations of devices/products, it was possible to clearly determine what device (equipment)/product is offered by the Contractor.5.
