Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of power generating units for the needs of civil protection and civil defense. The subject of the order is divided into two parts: Part 1 Mobile power generator with a minimum power of 48 kW / 60 kVA. The subject of the order is the delivery of one (1) mobile power generator with minimum power 48kW/60 kVA. A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided in Annex No. 4.1 to the SWZ. 2. Wherever the Ordering Party describes the subject of the order by reference to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Art. 101 section 1 point 2 and section 3 of the Act, it is assumed that such a reference is accompanied by the word or equivalent. 3. The subject of the order should be brand new and have a minimum 24-month warranty period issued by the manufacturer and should meet the requirements arising from applicable law.4.
