Description:
Part I: Delivery of five stationary power generators to ensure constant sewage collection in the City and Commune of Siewierz. The subject of the order in Part I of the procedure is the delivery of 5 pieces of stationary power generators with a power of 16 kW. Detailed characteristics of the devices can be found in in Appendix 1 to SWZ.1. The Contractor will enter the name of the model and manufacturer of the offered equipment in the Price Calculation, which constitutes the A. No. 1 to SWZ and attach to the offer the technical specification of the offered equipment. The content of the attached documents must clearly indicate what product is offered, and the Ordering Party must have possibility of verifying whether it meets the requirements specified in SWZ.2. The equipment offered must be brand new. The Ordering Party does not allow the possibility of offering used, refabricated or exhibition items.3. The guarantee is one of the offer evaluation criteria and will be taken into account when evaluating offers for principles specified in Chapter XX of the SWZ. The contractor will provide a warranty for the items of the order for a minimum period of 24 months. The maximum warranty period is 5 years.
