- 1. The subject of this order is: Delivery of power generators under the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program for 2025-2026.2. Part 1 of the order: Delivery of stationary power generators: a) Power generator with a power of 18 kW 1 pc) Power generator with a power of 32 kW 4 pcs) Generator generator with a capacity of 40 kW 2 pcs.3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 1 to SWZ.4. The attachment referred to in point 3 is made available by the ordering party on the website where SWZ is available.5. All materials necessary to complete the order are secured by the Contractor.6. The ordering party does not divides the order into parts depending on the specific item. The lack of division into parts does not violate the principle of fair competition and equal treatment of contractors. Therefore, the contracting authority does not allow the submission of partial offers referred to in Art. 7 point 15 of the Public Procurement Law.7. The ordering party does not specify any related requirements with the employment of persons referred to in Art. 96 section 2 point 2 of the Law 8. The Ordering Party informs that it does not organize or require an on-site visit.
