Description:
Partial task number 1 Generating unit with a minimum rated power of 200 kW to 220 kW 1 piece. The detailed scope of delivery along with the requirements is specified in Annex No. 1A, description of the subject of the order. The scope of the order includes delivery of the subject of the order with our own transport and costs, installation, connection, commissioning at the Ordering Party's own expense and risk in the place indicated by the Ordering Party and training of the person indicated by the Ordering Party. The offered subject of the order must be brand new, complete, unused, undamaged, free from defects, fully functional, free from third-party rights and is not the subject of any court (enforcement) proceedings or security and must also comply with applicable standards and have the necessary certificates and approvals in accordance with applicable law. The Ordering Party informs that in each case of using standards, technical assessments in the description of the subject of the order, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101 section 1 point 2 and section 3 of the Public Procurement Law, the contractor should assume that such a reference is accompanied by the words or equalized.
