The subject of the order is the delivery of twelve pieces of brand new power generators, including: 1) 5 pieces of single-phase portable power generators with a minimum rated power of 3.8 kW2) 1 piece of power generator mounted on a transport trailer with a rated power of 80kW/100kVA3) 1 pc. of a power generator mounted on a transport trailer with a rated power of 18 kVA4) 3 pcs. of a power generator (diesel) with a rated power of 40 kW5) 1 pc. of a power generator (diesel) with a rated power of 60 kW6) 1 pc. of a power generator (diesel) with a rated power of 70 kW2. Ordering party requires that the subject of the order be brand new, unused, complete, free from construction, material and quality defects, ready for use without the need to incur any additional investment purchases (having all accessories necessary for use) comes from production from the current year, i.e. 2025 or 2024, has no trace of use, meets the requirements of applicable standards and legal provisions and is not subject to the rights of third parties.
