Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of medical devices, including diagnostic devices, i.e. power supplies for tourniquets (5 pcs).2. The order is implemented as part of the Civil Defense Civil Protection Program Implementation for 2025/2026 in accordance with task II/E Medical devices, including diagnostic devices (e.g. mobile) or equipment for the evacuation of injured persons intended for medical entities3. The subject of the order was described in detail in the Annex to the SWZ, i.e. in the Detailed description of the subject of the order, hereinafter referred to as the Description of required technical parameters or OWPT, which constitutes its integral part. part 4. The conditions for the implementation of the Subject of the Order are also included in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement, constituting an Annex to the SWZ.
