• Description:
• 1. The subject of the order is the supply of pre-insulated materials for the project entitled: "Improving the efficiency of the heating network by eliminating group nodes and replacing sections of the district heating network made using foam concrete technology in Puławy" in under measure FENX.02.01 Heating infrastructure Priority FENX.02 Support for the energy and environment sectors from the ERDF under the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027 program. The subject of the order has been specified in detail in Annex No. 8 to the SWZ. 2. The procedure for awarding a sectoral contract is conducted in the form of an open tender, pursuant to Art. 132 w wz. joke. 376 section 1 point 1 of the Act of September 11, 2019 - Public Procurement Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320 as amended amended) - hereinafter referred to as the "Pzp Act". 3. The Ordering Party, in accordance with Art. 139 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law, it will first examine and evaluate offers, and then make a subjective qualification of the Contractor whose offer was rated the highest in terms of lack of grounds for exclusion and fulfillment of participation conditions in the proceedings.
