Description:
The subject of the order is the delivery of prepaid gift cards in electronic form, which can be redeemed at all service and commercial points that accept payment cards. A detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in Annex 2 to this Specification of Order Terms. The Contractor may not charge any additional fee related to the sale of cards. The Contractor's obligation is to deliver the gift cards to the Ordering Party's registered office at its own risk and expense within the time agreed with the Ordering Party. The expiration date of gift cards is at least June 30, 2026. Possibility of changing the code free of charge Card PIN (by phone, in the application or on the website). The subject of the order is free from physical and legal defects, brand new, not previously used by third parties. All requirements specified in the order documents are minimum requirements and their fulfillment is obligatory. Failure to meet the above-mentioned minimum requirements will result in rejection of the offer as inconsistent with the terms of the contract pursuant to Art. 226 section 1 point 5 of the Act Pzp.
