The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of preparations for nutrition and entertal nutrition together with the lease of equipment, modified milk and foods of special nutritional purpose
The subject of the contract was described in detail in Annex 2 to SWZ (assortment and price form),in which the amount of the subject of the contract and a description of the subject of the contract are given.
The Ordering Party allows the possibility of submitting partial offers. The subject of the contract was divided into parts (packages).
The Ordering Party allows the offer to be submitted for one, several or all parts.
Subject of the contractIt will be delivered at the cost, risk and transport of the contractor.
