3. The Ordering Party requires that the subject of the order be performed in accordance with the requirements contained in this ToR.
4. The material scope of the subject of the order is specified in Annex No 1 to SWZ - Detailed description of the subject of the order.
5. In all provisions of the SWZ and its annexes in which the Ordering Party refers to the standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101 section 1 point 2 and section 3 PZP, Ordering party indicates that in accordance with Art. 101 section 4 of the PZP allows for solutions equivalent to those described.
