foodstuffs for the canteen of the Primary School in Motycz2 The subject of the order was divided into 6 parts: Part I General foodstuffs Part II Meat, cold cuts and meats Part III Frozen meats and fish Part IV Bread and confectionery Part V Fruits, vegetables and similar Part VI Ready-made meals3 The detailed scope of the order is specified in Appendix 1.1-6 to the SWZ Assortment and price form.4 The quantities of items given in Appendix 1.1-6 to the SWZ are estimates and may change during the term of the contract. The final quantities of products ordered will result from the actual needs of the Ordering Party. Reducing the number of products ordered is not possible will result in a reduction of the order value by more than 50% of the offered amount. Failure to exhaust the contractual amount during the term of the contract shall result in no claims for damages on the part of the Contractor.5 In the event that indicative quantities of items included in a given price list item are used, The contractor undertakes to fulfill the order for these items in quantities exceeding the quantities specified in the form in the tender price until the end of the contract implementation period.
