Description: 1. The subject of the order is the supply of products and solutions to peritoneal diazliy along with the lease of cycles to ADO for UCK. 2. The subject of the contract includes: a) delivery of peritoneal dialysis products, in accordance with Annex 3A to SWZ. Failure to meet even one of the absolute requirements set out in Annex 3a to SWZ will reject the offer. b) Delivery of peritoneal dialysis solutions, in accordance with Annex 3B to SWZ. c) lease of cycles to ADO (10pcs) in accordance with Annex 4 to SWZ. The above -mentioned system must meet the parameters specified in Annex 4 to SWZ. Failure to meet even one of the border parameters specified in Annex 4 to SWZ will reject the offer.
