1Swz. Delivery will take place in accordance with telephony or in writing to the technical magazine "Uzdrowiska Horyniec" Sp. z o.o. ul. Sanatorjna 5, 37-620 Horyniec-Zdrj. 2. The description of the dispensing systems is included in the price form, constituting the above 5 to SWZ.3. The goods should be deliveredOnce a week, on business days, between from 7:00 to 14: 00.4. The cost of transporting the goods and bringing it to the room in the SPKi building (indicated by the entitled person) is borne by the contractor. 5. The goods of the plain, the subject of the plait must be brand new, and has at least a 12-month period of vanoci anduseful use. 6. The goods will be the subject of the plate, the PZH certificate or a prolific certificate.
