Description: The subject of the order is: Delivery of propellants and lubricants (engine oils, special fluids, grease gear oils) according to the assortment and quantitative combination contained in the offer form in accordance with Annex 1 to SWZ.
A detailed description of the subject of the order and requirements for it can be found in the proposed provisions of the contract (including attachments) constituting Annex 2, 2a to SWZ.
The Ordering Party allows the possibility of providing equivalent products. Under the concept of the product, the equivalent ordering authority understands that the offered product will have parameters, not worse than in the description of the subject.
The Contractor is obliged to implement the order on the terms and conditions described in Annex No. 2, 2a to SWZ - the contracted provisions of the contract together with attachments.
