- 1. The subject of the contract is the supply of protective clothing and personal protective equipment for army employees and soldiers of specialists in military units in the 34wog supply area. (order divided into 3 parts).
2. The order of the contract has been divided into the following 3 parts:
1) part No. 1 - Supply of workwear;
2) Part 2 - Delivery of individual protection measures;
3) Part 3 - Footwear delivery.
3. Calcitant and qualitative specification, including the characteristics of the subject of the contract, a detailed description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter referred to as "OPZ") is set out in Annex 2 in the scope of all parts of the contract in question and:
1) Annex 1A to SWZ for Part 1,
2) Annex 1B to SWZ for Part 2,
3) Annex 1C to SWZ for Part 3;
Annexes listed above in point 1) - 3) are simultaneously forms of the offer price calculation, which The contractor is obliged to submit with the offer form. Failure to submit the above -mentioned forms will result in the rejection of the offer.
4. Integrated part of OPZ are the proposed provisions of the contract (Annex 5 to SWZ).
