- Delivery of provisions to UMG training ships in 2026 Provisions Dar Młodzieży and Horizon II 1. The Contractor will deliver articles only in the packaging specified in the Price Calculation Form in the quantity consistent with the Ordering Party's needs, 2.In case of shortage of the ordered assortment included in the offer, the Contractor is obliged to deliver this item within 12 hours from the moment of receiving information about its shortage or delivery of a substitute with quality characteristics and food values (taste, smell, composition, color) not worse than the product mentioned by the Ordering Party, maintaining the offer prices after consultation with a person authorized by the shipowner, 3. The contractor is obliged to deliver the ordered goods within a maximum of 48 hours (depending on the declaration in the offer) from the moment the order is placed by a person authorized by the shipowner in writing (e-mail, fax, etc.). In special cases, it is permissible to collect the ordered goods directly from the Contractor's headquarters by a person authorized by shipowner, 4. The delivery process of the food that is the subject of the order should be consistent with the applicable HACCP system in food processing introduced by the Contractor (REGULATION (EC) No. 852/2004 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 29 April 2004 on the hygiene of foodstuffs), 5.
