Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of electricity from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 for the ordering party/entities to electricity consumption points. A detailed description of the subject of the order, including the names and locations of the facilities and the forecast demand for electricity in the period validity of the contract, types of tariffs, contractual capacity, place of delivery and necessary data to conclude the contract are included in Annex 8.
2. The values indicated in Annex 8 are estimated values, which do not reflect the actual or declared use of electricity during contract and cannot under any circumstances constitute the basis for any claims on the part of the contractor.
3. Actual settlements will be based on current readings of measurement and billing systems for the supply of electricity in accordance with the contractor's offer and will be based on fees resulting from the tariff for energy distribution services of the relevant distribution system operator.
