The subject of the contract is: delivery-purchase of common use materials according to the range of assortment and numerous in the offer form in accordance with Annex 1 to SWZ. ATTENTION!!! The order in question is awarded in two (II) parts, each of which is a separate subject Provisions for the award of the award, marked with the numbers of the case: Part I- Tech/163/AW/2025 I part II- Tech/163/AK/2025, covering a total of 6 parts. The Tech/163/AK/2025 procedure in question includes 3 parts of the entire order, including: part 4, 5 and 6. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and Requirements for it can be found in the planned provisions of the contract (including attachments) constituting Annex 2 to SWZ. The Contractor is obliged to complete the order on the principles and conditions described in Annex 2 to SWZ - planned provisions of the contract with attachments.
