Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the supply (purchase) of electricity to facilities on the board of the Trzebnica commune, its subordinate units and companies - in total 266 electricity consumption points, hereinafter referred to as "PPEE". All PPEE was listed in Annex 1 to SWZ - Item DescriptionOrders - a PPEE list, hereinafter referred to as "OPZ". The order does not include the electricity distribution services.
2. The amount of energy supplied during the delivery is 11 338 543 kWh, including:
- in 2025 it is 1 701 790 kWh,
- in 2026 it is 3 629 946 kWh,
- in 2027 it is 3 629946 kWh,
- in 2028 it is 2 376 861 kWh
