- 3.1. The subject of this order is the supply of electricity for organizational units of the Widnik County and the Independent Public Health Care Facility in Widnik in 2026. 3.2. A list of collection points along with important information on the conditions under which services are provided currently, electricity sales services and detailed demand for electricity are provided in Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ Detailed description of the subject of the order.3.3. Estimated electricity demand for the following facilities in the period from January 1, 2026. until December 31, 2026 amounts to 1,425,554.00 kWh.3.4. The Contractor is obliged to provide the Ordering Party/end user with service quality standards in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Energy Law, in particular the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment on detailed conditions for the operation of the power system of 22 March 2023 (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 919). 3.5. Energy will be supplied on the basis of contracts concluded separately by individual End Users.3.6.
