Description:
The subject of the order is the successive non-cash purchase of liquid fuels for vehicles and motor equipment, financed from the budget of the Sierpc Commune. The subject of the order includes the purchase of: 1) summer and winter diesel oil (ON), 2) lead-free gasoline (Pb 95), meeting the quality requirements in accordance with the regulation Minister of Economy, Climate and Environment of June 26, 2024 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1018) and the standards or other regulations in force on the date of purchase specifying the quality requirements of the subject of the order. Expected purchase volumes in the period execution of the subject of the order is: 1) diesel oil (summer and winter) - 60,000 l2) lead-free gasoline (Pb 95) - 6,000 l
