Description:
1. Daily - 24 -hour electricity for the Ordering Parties listed in Annex 7B to SWZ in the period from 01.01.2026 to 31/12/2026.
Energy Law (Journal of Laws 2024.266 i.e.) in an estimated amount of 4,400.0 MWh.
2. A rescue volume The electricity covered by the order is 4400.0 (+/- 10%) MWh, the largest share in the purchase will have the energy settled in the B23 tariff-an estimated volume of 4 100.0 MWh.
The remaining amount will be settled in the C12A, C11, C 22b tariffs.
3. Sales by the Ordering Party to the Contractor, Energy The Ordering Party produced in renewable energy, not used for own needs, introduced into the OSD network.
4. The amount of electricity generated in renewable energy and introduced into the network is 240.0 MWh.
5. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and other terms of the contract are found in SWZ and attachments to it.
