Description:
1. The subject of the order includes the sale and delivery of a pyrotechnic ambulance with equipment, the detailed description of which is included in Annex No. 2 to the terms of reference, hereinafter referred to as SWZ.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Annex No. 2 to the SWZcontains minimum requirements for the pyrotechnic ambulance and equipment covered by the subject of the order, which means that the contractor can offer a pyrotechnic ambulance and equipment with better technical or operational parameters.
3. The contractor will deliver the subject of the orderia to the Mazury Air Border Crossing located on the premises of the Olsztyn-Mazury Airport, 12-100 Szymany, at the place of its use indicated by the ordering party.
4. The subject of the order will be delivered on the ordering party's working days, using the contractor's own efforts and at the contractor's expense.
5. The pyrotechnic ambulance delivered by the Contractor must meet European Union standards (CE mark) in terms of safety of use and exhaust emission levels, it must be brand new, manufactured no earlier than in 2023, free from technical defects, unregistered and unencumbered bypersons or third parties, it must be approved for marketing and use and comply with the requirements specified in the SWZ.
