Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of pyrotechnic inserts to nico grenades, hereinafter referred to as "goods", in accordance with Annex 3 to SWZ - "Description of the subject of the contract". The detailed scope of the order was specified in Annex 5 to SWZ - "Detailed price offer".
2. Qualitative standards have beenpresented in Annex 6 to SWZ - "Designed provisions of the contract".
3. The goods will be picked up in terms of technical condition, quality and completion at the place of delivery by the authorized representatives of the Ordering Party.
4. The goods must meet the quality requirements specified in the relevant standardsand must have required approvals and approvals in accordance with applicable regulations.
5. As part of the contract, the Contractor will be obliged to deliver the ordered goods in the assortment and quantities to the Employer's warehouse, in accordance with Annex 5 to SWZ - "Detailed price offer".
