Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of quartermaster equipment - tents for the needs of civil protection and civil defense resources under the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program for 2025-2026" with minimum parameters and requirements specified in the Description of the subject of the order constituting the Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ and in accordance with the conditions specified in the contract template constituting Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ.2. The Ordering Party establishes the option right in these proceedings. The option right will be exercised in accordance with the following principles:2.1. The holder of the option (the entity authorized to exercise it) is the Ordering Party. The Contractor is the issuer of the option.2.2. The guaranteed scope of the order is the delivery of one piece of tent with the minimum parameters and requirements specified in the Description of the subject of the order constituting Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ and in accordance with the conditions specified in the contract template constituting Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ.2.3.
