Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of quarter -off equipment - office furniture from veneered plate and metal furniture equipment for the Provincial Police Headquarters in Lublin. The subject of the order was divided into 3 parts (packages) and includes:
1) delivery of metal furniture equipment (package 1),
2) supply of office furniture from a veneered board (package 2),
3) Delivery of office furniture from a Craft oak veneered board (package 3).
2. The concise scope and subject of the contract is specified in Annexes No. 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3 to SWZ (assortment and price forms for packages: 1, 2, 3), in the attached illustrative drawings (applies to Package No. 2- applies to selected items of Annex 1.2 to SWZ) and in the contract template- Annex 6 to SWZ (template of the contract for Package No. 1, 2 and 3). The contracting authority requires acceptance of the contract template in its entirety. The assortment offered by the contractor He must meet all the requirements and parameters specified by the Ordering Party in the order documents.
3. The appraiser requires that the range offered meet the requirements of relevant national and European quality standards and standards and meet all requirements provided for by law for this type assortment, in particular in the case of:
a) metal wardrobes for storing classified documents (applies to package No. 1), execution
and the equipment must be in accordance with the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of May 29, 2012
