- 1. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 1.1 to the SWZ. The offered and delivered: d together with the trailer must meet all operational, technical and additional requirements described in this appendix.2. The subject of the order is 1 part. Ordering party does not allow partial offers. The delivery includes a set of: 1 piece of boat and a trailer for its transport, therefore there is no reason to justify dividing the order as the subject of the order includes one complete unit. Fulfillment of the order as a whole by one contractor remains a rational and effective solution. The contractor submits an offer for the supply of a boat and a trailer for its transport.3. Place of delivery: Transport Department of the Provincial Police Headquarters in Wrocaw, 54-151 Wrocaw, ul. Pobina 1.4. Accessibility for people disabled. With regard to the condition specified in Art. 100 of the Public Procurement Law regarding accessibility for disabled people, the Ordering Party informs that the description of the subject of the order is not adapted to the needs of disabled people, however, the Ordering Party's employees users are not and cannot be disabled persons.5.
