- The scope of the subject of the contract includes:
a) equipment delivery, technical design, installation and implementation of equipment in accordance with this project,
b) providing maintenance services for the equipment to the extent specified in the contract,
c) providing development services for equipment to the extent specified in the contract,
d) conducting workshops for employees of the Employer, in the field of equipment service,
e) granting a warranty on the delivered equipment on the conditions described in the contract, in accordance with the requirements set out in this SWZ.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract was included in the attachments to SWZ - specification Technical equipment, price form and planned contract provisions.
Part 1 - Delivery of Rack servers with the provision of maintenance, development and workshops services
The scope of the subject of the contract includes:
a) equipment delivery, technical design, installation and implementation of equipment according to this project,
b) providing maintenance services for the equipment to the extent specified in the contract,
c) providing development services for equipment to the extent specified in the contract,
d) conducting workshops for employees of the Employer, in the field of equipment service,
e) granting a warranty on the delivered Equipment on the conditions described in the contract, in accordance with the requirements set out in this SWZ.
