Description:
The public procurement procedure is conducted in an open tender procedure pursuant to art. 132 of the Public Procurement Law. The subject of the order is the delivery of radiopharmaceuticals and sets for the preparation of radiopharmaceuticals, according to the following parts: Task 1 - Task 4. Detailed Description of the subject of the contract Parts have been demonstrated and described in the "price form" (Annex 2) and in the contract template (Annex 3) constituting an integral part of the specification of the terms of the contract. In the event of grounds for entrusting the processing of personal data, the Contractor obliges to sign the contract entrusting the processing of personal data (in accordance with Annex 7 to SWZ). The content of the announcement provides the estimated total value of the subject of the contract concerns the value of the entire order, as well as its individual parts. Before initiating the proceedings, it was not carried out preliminary market consultations.
