Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of railway rails for the branches of Polska Grupa Gornicza S.A. - group number 271-1.
2. The subject of the order was divided into tasks. The type and number of tasks is specified in detail in the offer form, which is Annex 2 to SWZ.
3. Detailed description PRThe object of the contract as well as the legal requirements and technical and utility parameters are specified in Annex 1 to SWZ. The contracting authority, despite the due diligence, due to CharAkter of conducted business does not ensure the implementation of the contract to the full extent.
4. In order to confirm that the benefit offered is in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party, it is required to submit together with the offer of the said means of evidence.
5. The contracting authority does not allow the possibility of submittingvariant offers.
6. The Employer reserves the right to change the number of goods ordered as part of individual assortment items and placing orders according to real needs, with the proviso that the total value of deliveries will not exceed the value of the contract.
7. The contracting authority allowsThe submission of partial offers for individual parts of the order (tasks) specified in Annex 2 to SWZ. The submitted offer should include the entire material and quantitative scope of part of the order. The number of parts of the order (tasks) is: 4.
