Description:
The subject of the order is the delivery of 5,500 m3 of raw spagnu
to the nursery farm in poverty in 2025.
The order was not divided into partial tasks due to a significant reduction in the amount of peat ordered in relation to previous years. Order for a reduced quantityPeat is also possible to realize by a small and medium -sized entrepreneur. The division of the order into parts is unjustified
due to significant difficulties on the part of the Ordering Party in simultaneous acceptance of transports from various contractors and settling several contracts concluded. In connection withThe above in order to avoid organizational and technical problems, the Employer withdrew from the division of the order into partial tasks. In addition, the homogeneity of the peat supplied is important for the contracting authority due to the specificity of the production of substrates for which peat is the basic component.
The Contractor may submit one offer, but he may not submit their offers at the same time as a consortium and as an independent contractor or a consortian in several different consortia. In the event of such a situation, the Employer will reject all offers submitted with the participation of this Contractor/Consortian.The offer must include the entire range of deliveries provided for in SWZ.
The implementation of peat supplies will be based on the framework schedule constituting an attachment to the contract, while the contracting authority allows the supply of larger amounts of peat in a shorter time.
