Description:
The subject of the order is the delivery of 1,200 m3 of raw sphagnum peat to the Szkkarski Farm in Ndza in 2025. The contractor may submit one offer, but he cannot submit an offer simultaneously as a consortium member and as an independent contractor or as a consortium member in several different consortiums. In case if such a situation occurs, the Ordering Party will reject all offers submitted with the participation of this Contractor/consortium member. The offer must include the entire scope of deliveries provided for in the SWZ. Peat deliveries will be based on the Peat Delivery Schedule constituting an annex to the Agreement, and the Ordering Party allows delivering larger amounts of peat in a shorter time. Order completion date: up to 2 months from the date of conclusion of the Agreement based on the Peat Delivery Schedule, which is an integral part of the Agreement.
